KakaoTalk over API
The Infobip API supports the following actions for KakaoTalk:

- Send promotional messages - Use Chingu Talk on OMNI API to send promotional messages to your customers. Refer to the OMNI API documentation for details.
- Set up real-time conversations - Use Sangdam Talk on Conversations API to set up real-time conversations with your customers, offer live agent support, and help your agents provide the best customer service. Refer to the Conversations API documentation for details.
- Check the status of sent messages - Use the OMNI reports method on the OMNI API to check the status of your sent messages. If you use this method without query parameters, the response contains all messages sent to a specific account. Refer to the OMNI API documentation for details.
